Inception. 9443 Posted April 14, 2013 Unnecessary posts:Posting "don't care" or "so what" or any posts along those lines are unnecessary, inflammatory, and do not add to the discussion.

maninthewall 470 Posted April 14, 2013 (edited) The mainstream opinion is that DayZ has to much PVP, and I agree with it. But the devs had stated MULTIPLE times that they plan to address this. The reason you're getting all the hate is because you not only insulted the community, but you also posted something we've all read multiple, multiple, MULTIPLE times. I mean seriously, you said the community one of the biggest problems of the game (insult them), then expect the COMMUNITY to agree with you?!There's no logic in that. Not only that, you didn't even use your actual account to post it! You said you were posting it for your friend. Why can't your friend post it? How do we know if you're telling the truth, or just coming up with a bullcrap excuse for this post? You're earning a reputation, and its not a particularly flattering one.Well, live and learn. The only you can do is learn from this mistake. Use the search function, don't use your "friends" account, and don't insult the community when making a point. How was this a mistake?I think this thread is good and our reasons are valid Edited April 14, 2013 by ManInTheWall

Steak and Potatoes 13480 Posted April 14, 2013 (edited) OP, At this point I am be slanted to believe it best to hi jack your own thread. Reverse your previous content thus over encumbering towards how much you love dayz. Inevitably making you twice as handsome, three times as tall, four times as mysterious and of course five times as alluring. colekern 1364 Posted April 14, 2013 How was this a mistake?I think this thread is good and our reasons are valid Because this is at least the 100th thread that talks about the EXACT same points.

Classic stuff. You refer to yourself in the second-person. It seems odd, but you're okay with it. You might even find it funny. There's nothing wrong with you. You always talked like this.
bfisher 561 Posted April 14, 2013 I have said it before and I will say it again. In this world, you are Dr Robert Neville, Snake Plissken, Mad Max, Eli, The Postman, the Man from The Road. A lone wandering trying to survive in a world of A-holes. Unless you are playing with some pals, you have to assume that everyone you meet is a crazed desperate psycho looking to kill you for a can of beans or simply for shits and giggles.Yes, the OP has some valid points. But they have already been done to death. We all know the zombies are hardly a threat and there isn't much to actually "do" besides be a care bare and live off steaks in the deep woods or be a bandit psycho and hunt bambis. It's not Minecraft. The mechanics of the game are such that there is no advantage to building and securing a base of operations, other than that you happen to have too much shit to carry in a backpack. There's not much need to cooperate with strangers once you are geared up because finding food and liquid is a trivial matter once you know how.
