Pooping should be implemented for the sake of the experiment. Somebody should be the first to try and do this in the western market. The Japanese have already done this in some of their games. It's not that disgusting or scary.

It'd have less potential for abuse. You wouldn't be able to do it on command, and it only happens while you're sick for a legitimate reason. If you're going to not force people to poop normally, why not make it vomiting instead? it makes more sense than getting sick and suddenly having to poop. With vomiting, the player would have less leeway for abuse.

Unless you add bulimia to the game, I guess.

Well, we don't know whether it'll be on command or not, in fact we know next to nothing. 'Suddenly having to poop' is a fairly normal occurrence when one is sick, by the way

If you want the shit changed to vomit for 'cosmetic' reasons, then it is as Talibambi put it:

So your one argument against pooping is..."I dont like it, so dont put it in"? to paraphrase you.

Not liking shit is perfectly okay, but the fact that you don't shouldn't stop a perfectly good mechanic of making it to the standalone.
