Looking for Hackfree server :(

I just started and well it wasn't a good experience I found a med box? With every item x5. Then people were going on God mod and killing dropping etc. It has basically ruined this game for me I hope I can find a real server. This server was official and not a player server

I only play whitelisted or locked servers. Try that for a mostly scripter-free experience.

There is no such thing as hack free, while some whitelisted servers are better than others I've yet to find one that didn't get hacked or have folk spawning in gear etc.

I agree, there has been break-ins in the Balota Buddies server, but those are exceptionally rare. For the best experience, it is recommended to find White-listed servers or maybe a server with Gotcha! antihack, though I don't think it is the most efficient hack fail-safe in DayZ.

As mentioned, hack free is not likely...best you can hope for is active admins, whitelist, and a private hive. I've been playing on Balota Buddies US46 for 3 weeks now and haven't seen any hacking.
