Players who are infected turning into zombies (Standalone suggestion)

So when player gets infected from zombie bite or from infected clothing's etc. After dying he will turn into a zombie and that zombie will have all the loot that player had before, maybe not gun in hands but everything else.

I think its a good suggestion and should be noticed, it's very realistic kind of thing, also would be more interesting to kill zombies, never know if they have nice loots!

Also one more little thing, me and my friends discussed this and my friend told me that the current zombies in mod hits you and not bite, so making them bite and grab you would be another awesome thing!

I hope you like my idea and support it if you do, also if you don't like, please tell me why!

BTW MuhQ, just so you know, the devs have already ruled out people turning into zeds for 2 reasons. The main reason is that we are immune to the "infection" which is why we are the only survivors left alive, and the other is that people would do stupid things as a zed and break the immersion for others.

How about instead of you controlling your reanimated body, it should be controlled by AI. That way it can help stop the "Die. Respawn. Grab old gear" thing along with more diseases added to it. It'd be interesting to see a guy you recently met at the supermarket a few hours ago, shambling on with the rest of the undead at some other place. Then you could remove death messages as well. To confirm someones death you look for a body with bullet holes, or the one who joined the horde.

I vote no. Just because it would be unfair, player zombies know where people would be, unlike npc zombies. Could camp on loot spawns, etc.

i have said it before and i say it again. the zeds are not undead, they are infected.
