Turn atoc down to lowest when your around helicopter crashes, always find the best loot around the knocked off door.

best chance to find one is at a heli crash side spawn chance (0.43%)

barracks spawn chance (0.11%)

Crash Site - Hard to find since they are small

Barracks - Low chance of spawn

Military zombies I believe still randomly have them but very rare (Unless they updated this)

I have to agree with mZLY, I've found NV googles one single time in my whole time @ DayZ, and all the rest were from bandits or other different survivors (I'm thinking about how many of them could be hackers...)
