Camo Nets/Tarpaulin

When trying to hide my vehicle the other day I started to think to myself...why not have Camo Nets and/or Tarpaulin (Tarp's) in DayZ?
I think this idea makes perfect sense, if added in correctly. I believe it could be a good addition to the Standalone in the future.
For anyone who doesn't know what I'm on about, something like these:
Camo Net:


Camo Tarpaulin:


These would be fairly rare, probably rarer than Tents and found at Military sites such as the North West barracks or Military tents in Cherno/Berezino. They would most likely take up 3 spaces like the tent so they aren't too easy to carry around, since they are roughly the same size as a tent. You could have the option when scrolling on a vehicle to "add Camo Net" or "add Camo Tarpaulin" which would put in over the vehicle making it less visible, much like the textures on tents.

It's just an idea I thought of, please feel free to give any feedback!

I agree, you're lucky to keep a vehicle even after a few hours break nowadays!

I think it is important they get destroyed if you drive with them on so people aren't moving through the forest completely camouflaged

Awesome idea. Some hacker dropped one of those camo nets over our base-camp the other day and it really made it say "Base Camp" a lot more than some 1-man tents clustered around.

Sorry, I searched and your suggestion didn't come up + you didn't go into much/any detail at all. They would be destroyed when you drive with them on, as they would do in real life.

I'm sure there are a lot of things that are on there that have also been posted by the community...I thought of an idea and so I posted it. I searched Camo Nets...Camo Tarpaulins etc and nothing came up, I don't have time to search every thread and spoiler. Sorry.

It is quite a loss that we do not have them already. If military vehicles are around, there should be camo nets to be found. They are quite commonly used by all military. Almost standard equipment on a military vehicle.

And about movement with camouflage; a net like that would not do much if rigged on top of a car while it's moving. Their purpose is to hide straight structural lines of vehicles, which makes spotting them from a distance significantly harder. If any object camouflaged or not is moving, a net like that would make no difference what so ever. So rigging them on cars shouldn't be denied, but it should present a possibility of damage as wind forces or branches could cause shearing.

Specially with this being a game and you can't guard your vehicles around the clock, better assets to hide vehicles are very important. No such assets are found in the game right now.
