Zombies shouldn't attack eachother in my opinion, unless they're recently turned and stink of the living.

If you spawn in buildings, people would be looting then kill you when you spawn in. Yeah, you can still get spawn killed on the coast, but less people "travel" on the coast, or just wait for coastal cuties.

Not the first to suggest this. If they get chomped to death, sure I suppose. Shot however, I'm not sure on.

True, however if the 'plane' crashed, there logically should be wreckage. 37million planes on Chenarus would take up close to 2/4 3/4 of the island xD

So, if we put the story in play... 37, 987,529 people have crashed from planes into a single island?

A Mac was never really designed to game with heavy games like DayZ mod & Arma 2, nor I doubt standalone would work well for Mac. (If it's optimized enough, it might) Try bootcamp, however.

I hear car alarms is being thought of for standalone.

It's deep into the post apocolyptic area, Chernarus. Based in Russia I do believe. How many people, would go for the military (I'm pretty sure only them would hold such ammunition) in search of ammo? Alot. Cool idea, just not for DayZ in my opinion.

Now why would the helicopter pilot/s bother to circle a dead body in a deserted area in a post-zombie apocolyptic island (or world)?
