noxiousd 31 Posted December 27, 2012 Well, gave it another try and thats my lot, server is just like a public server, tons of people at spawn points killing fresh spawns for no reason. In total this happened;10 lives, killed 10 times by people before i could find anything noteworthy or arm myself. Bandits might kill fresh spawns yeah... but it's not that difficult to avoid people and play smart... I never see a freaking soul around the spawns.Maybe try to go to less popular places to build up your gear. Going to Byelov and those towns up to Sabina will get you killed. A tip would be to go to the western island. 90% of the people is on the eastern island playing deathmatch while there is very very few players in the west. Also don't run in the open... move thru the forests and whatever cover you can get. I've a bandit skin at the moment, and no-one I met after spawning in Byelov shot at me at all. Hell, most of them just jumped on Direct Chat and were pretty cool. sgttrojan 56 Posted December 28, 2012 (edited) Taviana is hardcore Chernarus. All the drama you get from the airfield. Those shady moments taking loot from stary tents. They were centred around those areas and the routes to them. Taviana offers you this excitement and danger multiplied and takes up an area equivalent to the entire south coast of Chernarus. But that's just for the bandits and bambis. The map is huge, I think about the equivalent size of 4 Chernarus (maybe 3). Quiet life on the west island. Danger on the southern part of the east. Team work is essential for those early map learning moments. Ts3.britishsergeantsmess.comI hope this can convince some of the UK10 uncertains to join us.
