Actually it's a full basement, so there's a lot of room. And my job in Animating and Modeling I use Motion Capture frequently and I need space to work.

Not sure, since DayZ is a mod of ArmA II and ArmA II is rated M for Mature. (Note that Mature could mean 16+ or if the kids parents think he seems fit to play) so I mean if we have a 6 year old with an IQ of 173 he could be qualified as Mature and could play DayZ.
