There is no airplines in the game. Who not to add one?

Make Missles extra rare, and Make Fighter eat a loto of fuel.

I am sure, that when u fill it up with missles and fuel, it would be extra fun to bombard Chernogorsk!

No really. Flying fast over the city, and firing with missles.

It would be really minutes of real fun.

Make a fighter really rare, and all the ammo for it very-very rare.

So you will see someone in a Fighter once a week, no more.

I am sure, that driving the Airplane full of missles will genrate tons of fun.

Oh my god... you cannot be serious.

Why don't you just play ArmA 2, they have that kind of stuff. There really is no point in having this sort of vehicle in a Zombie Survival Game. It'd be nothing else but a major trolling tool and would not add anything to the acutal game experience.

The only airplane I think would fit with Dayz are Microlight, which you would have to find and repair. Would be nice to fiend a pair on a field and take off with your best friends. Also, they are slow enough to not ruin the map progression.

I would not object to seeing a couple civilian airplanes being added. Chernarus might have a strong agricultural community, and it would be amazing to find a crop duster in a barn. I'd much rather see those than military helicopters or jet aircraft.

Examples would be the 'Hedgehog' Istra Erzhik.

The Sukhoi SU-38L is another agricultural aircraft common to Russia.

Another kind of plane I'd like to see is a freight plane, useful for loading all types of different things into, be they small vehicles, massive amounts of loot, bodies. Ahem. You get the idea.

The Sukhoi SU-80 wouldn't be too uncommon for Russia

I don't think aircraft would be totally out of place, but they would make high-priority targets of anyone who finds them, and I don't think they would last very long under fire.

That, and there are only limited landing/take-off spots on the map so their usefulness is debatable.

Overall, I wouldn't be opposed to the addition of civilian light aeroplanes for transport. Just steer clear of military jets. They're clearly grief-tools waiting to happen.

That would end up people carrying around UAZs then just before they get shot down dropping it and jumping into the falling Car and the A-Team would just happen If it got chutes but they could be shot out and the chutes could get lodged on the trees causing Damage to the car even more so

I just can't see a scenario where the Chernarus military decides to deploy fighter jets to curb the zombie horde. Helicopters? Sure, but why jets?

Realistically in an apocalypse, at the first sign of any danger, people would just GTFO. Planes, helicopters, boats, I'm guessing they would be stolen or just generally hurried out to flee the area and get to somewhere safer. Planes would of been the first to go, then heli's, then boats. I'm surprised I still find a huey or two lying around an old castle, not the ideal place to leave it.
