Zombieless Servers

What's up with the new trend of clans running servers with no Zombies? While I found it fun running around without them, I found it quite annoying going to over looted spawned barracks/buildings never finding anything worthwile. I also found it annoying people saying they were "Friendly" when there was no one to shoot but other players.

I'm still deciding whether I liked it or not. I like to hunt players, and lets face it, the zombies due help in that regard. Anyone else run into these types of servers?

Ew. PVP only servers. Those are no fun. At all.

If you want to do something like that, play normal ArmA 2.

I only ended up in a Lingor server this one time where there were barelly any zombies just a few spawns in total I believe.. 10 players and the monitor was showing 19 zombies at its max.. I honestly didn't like it at all xD encountered 3 zombies in the hour I was playing in that server.

Just need to give it a backbone.Make it something like post nuclear war and the dust clouds that lifted into atmosphere are rumored to stay that way for 100 yrs.Crops started dying and mass mayhem happened with some people wanting to thin out the herd.;) LOL just something is better than COD KOS gameplay.

Honestly it barely changes the game for most players, except this way you don't have to zigzag through doorways.

That is actually physically possible...

Anyway, DayZ with no zombies contradicts with the entire premise of the game, then it gets back to being an old shooter with a wide and lengthy world.

And that's no fun now is it?
