SP45M 240 Posted October 14, 2012 It seems to me that when you find a map or a watch in a high value residential that you only find more of the same toolbelt spawn in the building. I have been playing for months now and I notice it all the time am I imagining the anomaly or am I a victim of coincidence. Anybody else notice this? So my suggestion, if this can be confirmed, is MIX IT UP A LITTLE how many maps do you think I freakin need and watches omg watches sometimes I feel like throwing on an overcoat and slinking around cherno selling them off with a nudge and a wink. Rant over.

mdmonnik@deakin.edu.au 139 Posted October 15, 2012 I dont find too many maps but yes ALOT of watches. It makes sense though...alot of people would be dropping them when they die in an apocalypse. But then again there would be alot of smart phones on the ground too :D

tommes 331 Posted October 15, 2012 By the amount of watches I find Chernarus must be part of Switzerland. And one watch never comes alone!
Tensa Zangetsu 20 Posted October 15, 2012 I'll still never understand how whisky became so abundant in the zombie apoc.
dragula 1 Posted October 15, 2012 (edited) whisky bottle and cans you can trow zommbies will go to them or just throw at some one. why use a gun, just throw bottles, it best to do it with 50 zombies around, they go to and you can save your self, try it out. enforcer1975 1111 Posted October 15, 2012 Maps and watches are pretty common, it's nice to have more spawns for common items than ammo and weapons. I would even expect less to no ammo at residentials.

enforcer1975 1111 Posted October 15, 2012 i dont think its much of an issue but i do agree its hard to find a map but i just use an external one via my browser anyway.I think with the waypoints activated there is a reason why players want the in game map...although some people can move around using the offline map but with the switching to desktop or having to use another device it can be a bit annoying. Jex =TE= (DayZ) 218 Posted October 15, 2012 lmaoyes once you find one item (except watches always seem to be everywhere) then they seem to show up everywhere unless you don't have that item, then it's a bitch to find one.
