I think it would be much more realistic if their were diseases

As the Title say I think their should be diseases in the game. So you might catch a disease from drinking water or by getting hit by zombies (I'm not sure if any one else may have suggested this before)

actually diseases are already in the game. You get it from cold, small chance from zombie hit, and also other infected players.
