I have plenty of food and medicine. Most of the gear I'd ever need. I'm armed with an M16A1/M203, an M14 and a PDW with plenty of ammo for all. So what do people typically do for days on end once they are all equipped? I mean other than go back down to the shore and kill noobs for fun?

Drive around on a bicycle in cherno, frequently ringing your bell. Fun guaranteed.

fix a helicopter and give ti to random people. then set a sathcel charge under it. scream at random people when they "crash"
