Pay per Life, take life.

Pay one unit of currency per life. Kill a survivor/bandit, add his life to your pool. Use your pool to buy lives for your friends. Die and lose your pool.

Sorry mate, but i don't think people need more incentive to butcher each other and it moves the mod even further away from finding strangers that become friends.

I don't think anyone would be able to hold a pool for long without significant teamwork. Perhaps it could even make murder more emotionally disturbing.

Wouldn't it behoove survivors to not engage in firefights with strangers if they were paying money per each life?

In the end, no one would have any lives left: Zed kills just deplete the overall pool.

And anyway: WTF with the PVP driven idea?

I imagined a spirit of feeding an arcade machine as a payment method, not a PVP catalyst. A Zed depletion would have the potential for terrific tragedy with a big enough pool.

Someone is thinking realistically at least. If PvP is what drives this mod, let's take advantage of it somehow... I guess that's the idea or just trolling?

I dont think this game is about PVP, its just designed so that the primary threat is the people. I love that it is ambiguous.

No, still no revivals, but you can give a new life to one of your friends instead of them having to pay the dollar per life, or whatever. Just a different way of paying for a video game, where the better you are at staying alive, the less you will have to pay (potentially just 1 dollar).
