The more open this forum is the more likely people are to call "CENSORSHIP" at deleted posts, locked threads, etc.As much experience with other forums i would agree is see these forums as being different, the only threads that get locked usually are comepletly useless ones or blatant flaming ones, bar that the free speech here is pretty open, all sorts of groups and smaller communities just left to discuss the mod and their things.
