The only way you are able to do such a thing is if the Player you hits first gives off a Ricochet and the second player got below somewhere between 1-3k blood.

Bullets dont penetrate players, but they do penetrate cover (somewhat) 50.Cal will go thru fences and some walls and vehicles atleast. Bigger rounds (DMR caliber) also penetrate some walls and vehicle surfaces. But none, penetrate players
