Hacking? Are you a Crowbar or Hatchet man/woman (not about Clowns or Sharks btw)

So what do you prefer to use to hack up those zeds/people with, the hatchet or crowbar? I actually really like the crowbar but just wish it was a tad more powerful. I crept up to sniper hill the other day with a crowbar and thwomped some ghillie suited chap who was camping there. He got me but not after a few clubs to the head. Must have been mildly annoying for him but was a small victory for me.

I hack with the crowbar when I'm feeling like going Gordon Freeman on those brain-munchers.

But hacking with the hatchet is just more efficient.

And how come the hatchet looks so lovely and shiny lying there on the ground but when you pick it up it gets instarust? :rolleyes: I hope in the standalone it gets more bloodied and worn with use :D

Yes I did it is about hatchets vs. crowbars. This has been discussed here before several times. I hope it slides honestly, but from i know first hand this can be a tricky subject.

Nah I think my short post was what did it honestly. I was being a dumbass, and I paid for it. Maybe just put a clarifier in the title? (Crowbar vs. Hatchet?)

I've never had much luck fighting off zombies with a crowbar. I prefer the hatchet.

I stopped picking up crowbars a while back. I realised give me a crowbar I think I have a weapon so take risks, crowbar being pants this would lead to low blood/death as i try to crowbar my through a horde of Zeds or a guy with an automatic weapon. So now I will go unarmed before I take that crowbar.
