So Many Hackers, Isn't Worth Playing Anymore :(

Stopped playing Dayz for a couple of months, started back up yesterday.

In the space of 2 days I have encountered 17 people (dead or alive) with full survival gear, NVGs, M107 & M4A1 CCO SDs

Even people spawning on the beach with this shit.

Spent the last hour in Elecktro, killed or found 4 people with full set of stuff I listed.

Whats the point in playing this game?

If you dont use scripts your pritty fucked tbh.

I was wondering why no-one is playing this game anymore, and now I know

If you're that unlucky to keep comming across s0beit and his gang then just apply to join a private hive or something, some of them are really popular for some reason.

but in all my time of playing dayz i think i've been killed about 3 maybe 4 times by scripters. but when it happens, i dont come and moan about it.

i either try and get back to my body OR just switch to a different server. jesusraptorchrist

Yep, quieter servers are much better. There are less players which makes encounters even more frightening, and there's hardly any hackers, the few I've run into aren't the killing type.

I have found plently of hackers with the exact same amount of meat on them. They disguise themselves as animals BUT everytime they have meat on them. So when I see one of these "hackers" I kill them and steal all their meat

Hm, I've been playing for the last 2 weeks on servers that have less than 5 people when I join and have not encountered a single issue.

Before that, playing on normal servers (20+) I was getting scripted every 30 minutes.

I still play I don't mind the hackers, scipters etc. I just go to elektro on any low pop servers and find snipers on the hills and bam im fully geared in 10 mins.

I play on 8-10 players servers - still teleported, instant killing. And playing on non high-pop server is boring.

Im playing on a server that has between 1 and 4 people on during my peak hours. I worked out 2 of them are hackers (found there base and about their dead bodies duped like 200 times plus multiple helis/vehicles and a tent city with enough gear to keep me going for years). But those 2 stop playing an hour after Im ready to play so I just watch the server and wait for them to leave. Low pop is not a sure way to avoid.

yesterday killed by cheaters 3 times in 1 hr on different servers.

Hackers will be less common in Standalone. We are playing a MOD and an Alpha version of that mod too. We are here to not only enjoy what has been done, but also to help catch and report problems.

My Team stopped playing as well... way too many douche canoes now. We played for a solid 3 months almost every day. We used to love searching for vehicles and peoples camps, working as a team, finding downed choppers etc. About a month ago we started running into players that would teleport to our location and start killing us one by one , and when we would try to shoot them they would be invincible. Douche baggitry at its finest. We got fed up with working real hard every night getting good weapons and gear searching the map for hours only to be killed by a teleporting hacker, so we decided not to play anymore due to our frustration.
