Take everything out of tents and save?

What would happen If you took everything out of a tent, put it on the ground, saved the tent, and then ran them over? Would it still dupe or would it actually destroy them? Isn't the problem nobody saves the tent before a restart so they dupe? Just curious.

It may save the tent and lose the items for the next restart like you assumed but I highly recommend not doing any of that, it comes across as an excessively dickish move and something that is only done by the type of people who have not completed any higher education past the age of 14.

God knows with tents

Saved an empty tent the other day. After a restart there are now two empty tents both of which I can pack up.

I've another that regenerates a blood bag and morphine that I saved the first time after putting them in there, yet I don't get the option to lift it.

My buddy and I came across a loaded tent ( guns ammo food etc etc) , we emptied it...put 20ish piles of wood in it and saved it. Was near it for a server restart and low and behold the wood was the only thing in it. :D

Had a tool box inside a tent. Died and came back for it. Couldn't get it out for my life. But suddenly the next day I could get it out. Weirdness...

Saving/running tents over doesn't do anything, most of the time. I've done that several times to my old campsites/others, and it just respawns on next restart. Maybe not always the case, but definitely has been the majority of the time for me.

I am only saying to do that if it is a duped tent, that is all. If it seems legit, obviously not. I've heard that if u dont save the tents and leave items inside, and the server restarts, it dupes it. Then again, I guess once u save it once, that is all that matters.
