GrumpyFragger 67 Posted August 26, 2012 Hi,found my 1st today but:- only trash loot at the Chopper- only trash from the Zeds apart from ammo for my gun- respawn from the Zeds after 30secs from the time I killed the last one ( is that common/ the norm ? ), I saw that not in the uTube vids yet.Are there trash crash sites or was mine already looted ? dallas 5195 Posted August 26, 2012 There's usually 3-4 loot piles spread around the crashsite, never further out than you can imagine the rotortips. Sometimes the loot piles spawn beneth the chopper, sometimes they even spawn on top of eachother. When you spot the site from a distance, take a moment you to watch it through your binoculars. Grass isn't rendered from beyond 100-150 meters, so that'll give you an idea if there's any loot piles left around the chopper. However when you get closer and the grass is rendered, I always have a hard time finding the piles again.If you play on the same server regularily, start noticing server restart times. If the crash site is spawned in an obvious location, knowing if the server restarted 30minutes ago or 5 hours ago might be valuable information. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I only ever find one or two.If you stick to the heli, keep looking at the floor and work your way around it you'll find it, its within 1 - 5 meters of the site, check the tail area and where the gunners sit.
