So, how has humanity clothing affected gameplay?

Recommended Posts

I'Ve been away from DayZ for some time (because i had to earn some beans), and now I would like to know:

Has the implementation of humanity related clothing affected the behaviour of the people?

Are people now less shoot-on-sight and more caring?

Well, the hero skin I have saved my life once now. And got me killed another time. Sooo eh, perhaps.

idk it's so damn hard to get the hero skin unless your in a clan cause people just KoS survivors before they have a chance to bandage people lol

I now freely kill bandits and let neutral players go free.

Exactly. Turbans get KoS'ed, Non-Turbans get the watchful eye and a bullet if they start acting dumb or waiving their gun around after they have been told not to.

Humanity is a persistent stat which, imo is why it works. Just because someone wants to be a nice guy on their new life after weeks of murders does not make them trustworthy imo.

Any of you guys killed some bandit heads yet and did it affect your humanity?

The problem with humanity is that Camo and Wookie suits make it unreliable. So you have to say "Do I want to be well hidden, or do I want to show off my bling hero suit".
