Oh god, I'm in desperate need of help!

I made the mistake of picking up a gun and hunkering up in a barn north of Solnichniy (in the are called factory?), and then the second mistake was trusting a player... he shot me from behind when I was killing the zombies coming after us.

As a result of this I am unconscious, with 56 blood level and I'm not bleeding.

I'm calling out to any kind soul who is nearby, to give me a blood transfusion, I dont have much that is trade worthy, but I am willing to trade a bit of what I have on me.

so... if he shot u from behind and you're still alive.. that means he did not kill you, and if your asking for someones help on a forum and not the person who shot you, i take it that he wanted to kill you.. so that means you got shot, passed out, then disconnected, only to reconnect in another server and ask for help. assholes like you ruin what this game is about. you trusted someone. he shot you. DEAL WITH IT, DIE AND LEARN FROM IT! (anyone reading this, dont encourage people to do this) and i hope who ever comes to give you a blood transfusion, shoots you in t3h face before you have time to disconnect again.

@SiGouin, I understand what you mean, I DID make a mistake, and I will learn from it. In game I am in a state where I cant talk to anyone on the server, and i d/c'd and reconnected to the same server 5 minutes later.

I would accept death, embrace it even, but he did not kill me; he shot me once which was possibly an accident due to there being a few zombies in front of me, and now I am in a state where I cant even run into a pack of zombies to kill myself. I would even accept someone executing me so I can at least start fresh and not get into that situation again.

if you disconnect and reconnect 5 minutes later, it doesnt change a thing, could have been 5 days later, it doesnt matter. people like you ruin this game. its because of people like you they have the HIVE system implemented.

It was no accident for the guy to shoot you, thats how the game is played, if it was an accident, he would of helped you, and you wouldnt be on the forums right now asking for someone elses help instead.

I think i speak for everyone when i say; its a godamn piss off when you shoot someone and the asshole disconnects. regardless of your circumstances, if you get shot and disconnect, that makes you an asshole. period. so like i said before, i hope someone comes by with your blood bag, and shoots you in the face, asshole.

People drop, and it sucks (and they suck) but I think you're kidding yourself if you think the wayward souls that altf4 will stop due to a heavy-handed post from you...and if you're not making things better, you're just complaining.

@sigouin, it's just a game, everyone plays it how they want to, some people qq over it, and others get over it and play. I dont see what's wrong with asking for assistance, people do it in all games, its part of the learning curve in my opinion. I've only played for a couple of days so i'm still learning. If he had have killed me, he could have had my loot, not that i had anything useful. Both the guy that shot me and I were fresh lives, we had nothing of value, so even if he wanted to help me, he couldn't. It happens.

Thank you for travelling, but sorry that it will be too late. There's some decent loot in the area though, couldn't hold onto it because my bag was full of empty tin cans to throw at zombies (because that kills them lol)

its one thing for people to d/c leave and never speak about it again, but this guy is comming on the dayz forums and asking for people in this " gaming community" to help him after openly admiting he d/c after getting shot, like its alright.

Im pointing this out so it doesnt get popular among other players on this forum, so if you see it as me complaining, thats your opinion, but i know many players out there that stand for what i say, and if you fail to realise what is going on here, thats on you.

And i dont see why you would try to back this guy up anyway, way to support the cause, long live HIVE?

anyways im off to bed, i think the point here was made, disconnecting kills the game, and although it IS part of the game, its a part that the developpers are trying to find a way to stop. Maybe i am taking this too far, but the fact still remains, disconnecting when you get shot still makes you an asshole and part of the problem, wether or not your intent was good, just dont post it on the forums...

I would think that so few people admit to d/c-ing in the game precisely because it's so well hated by the community (and especially, these forums). I'm not defending him, just saying you're coming off a bit strong on what is a fresh face to the game (and who was not likely to realize the error in judgement committed by d/c-ing).

You're putting out that you don't want it to get popular: that's a fair call and admirable. Do you really think the reason why 90% of people drop is because they don't know better? That a simple outreach campaign of vitriol at anyone foolish enough to admit it on the forums is going to solve the problem?

Granted, I think the kid above was one of the 10%, new to the game and just generally stupid to the social mores of a game he's spent only a few hours playing. Maybe I'm off on that. Thanks for lumping me in with him, by the way--i'm not defending d/c-ers, just trying to point out that you are accomplishing nothing by being a dick on the forums.
