My first kill.

I was at the medical base, near the balota airstrip, searchin through deer stands. I finnaly found a weapon in deerstand at bottom left corner if you look from the sea. It was an mp5.

Then I heard aggro'ed zombies, and saw guy vaulting over the sandbags.

He had a hatchet. In hope he didnt see me, I layed down on the deerstand. When he fought off the zombies, he started searching through tents (Like something would spawn there) I quietly went down the ladder so he doesnt hear me.

I went to the tent that he was in. He was looking the other way. Shot him 3 times, he started running, I ran after him, with my heart beating like crazy.

He stopped outside the tents, I managed to shoot him twice before he dissappeard. I layed down on the ground, and about 2 minutes later he came back in, and i unleashed my whole mag into him.

Didnt feel guilty for killing a dc'er.

That was my first kill and the moment I started killing people on sight.

So he needed to be close to you to kill you. And you still shot him in the back without a warning.

I had bad experiences with hatcheters before and after the kill. This was the time that I found out that im a bandit. What would you do? If you talked to him over direct he would probably turn around and start to hack you. I learned that hatcheters will do anything to get a gun. Don't trust people in this game, only one's that you know well.

Im not trolling, I'm expressing my feelings.

There is nothing wrong if you shoot people who have good loot or are a threat to you. But shooting a noobie with a hatchet in the back just to get a kill is just plain wrong imo.

And a guy running around balota with a hatchet and alot of z's behind him is prolly a fresh spawn Noobie...

Let's pretend that I left him be. While leaving I get a hatchet in the back. Simple as that. Im 100% sure that he would attack me.

i agree that the dude is for sure a fresh spawn noob - he was checking the tents in balota, afterall. however, i really don't like this "oh he's a fresh spawn so you shouldn't kill him" bullshit. first of all, the best thing for a fresh spawn is to kill someone with a gun. saves a ton of time and effort. so, he's probably going to KOS. secondly, fresh spawns lose very little for dying, so they don't have much to get upset about.

all that said, had it been me i probably would have typed to him first. you had higher ground...he would have had to climb the ladder to get you leaving himself fully exposed to your mp5. plus, you knew there weren't other guns in the camp cause you had already searched it.

I think the 'Honorable' survivors use all the time they spend being dead trolling the Bandit Campfire. Ignore them; I would have done exactly the same thing.
