Becouse...If you leave it in public you're gonna hurt it more how? you seen all this hacker it's inpossible to play and find bugs with them.

I say we make into a alpha mode..and only chooce trustworthy player. Now i know for sure i'm not gonna be picked.it seems someone special arealy hates me.but i'm only trying to help. Why do you think all the other games have private alpha?

Hackers makes it impossible to find bugs and play? Way to overreact, there aren't that many hackers. And you're proving yourself wrong, you say hackers make it impossible to find bugs YET you said that there's tons of bugs in this mod.

The alpha mod is in a working state, the final game won't be better just because it's a private alpha, BF3 proved that.

You are only contradicting your own argument.

It's a GOOD thing that the alpha exposes so many hackers already. Like this all the possible hacks can be adressed way before the actual release. By doing this, the game can be free of hackers by its release.

Even despite the hackers, it's still very possible to find and report bugs.

I personally have found many bugs & reported the more serious ones.

I've been playing this game for a month now & I've come across exactly _1_ hacker aswell. As long as you stay away from the 50+ servers, you won't encounter as many hackers.

You see..No matter what no hacks are gonna stay away from no game...Look at combat arms. They closed alot of hacks site and patch hacks..

2nd day..The same hacks were back.

Look,No matter what..Some loser pay big money to be able to hack in a game..And the one who makes the hack are not gonna stop untill they get theyr hacks running again..They want money.

Also..Yeah i got sand in my "Vagina"Hmm..Yup..last time i spawned in the coast i got aggroed by 5 zombies behind me..spawned all of no where...I had to leave.

I honestly don't even get what you are trying to say here.

Are you complaining about a malfunction in your spawning location? Then instead of whining about it here, go post it in the bug reporting forum, so that it has a chance of being fixed.

Whining about it in this thread is gonna achieve nothing at all. Posting it on the bug report forum might actually get it fixed.

Yesterday i decided to play..and when i was going to get my self a M107 guess what? i got killed by someone in a jet shooting missile.

Why are you so narrow-minded when it comes to solutions.

Break down your problem:

Hacking in ARMA2 is pretty easy, why?

The problem is battle-eye, it's a terrible anti-cheat mechanism.

Now think ahead, DayZ has already been rumoured to become a stand-alone game. This is very real to happen aswell, just look at some similar stories of mods that boomed (DotA, Counterstrike).

-> How could this impact the hacking problem.

-----> Standalone DayZ might be able to use different means of anti-cheating then DayZ bound to ARMA2 can.

---------> Example: Standalone DayZ could be bound to VAC, which, in my opinion, is the most effective anti-cheating system currently in online games that are server-based.

Instead of complaining, use your brain for once & think ahead about what may happen.

Okay, maybe not tons, but several, so you still get my point. Your arguements are inconsistent and that was my point.

QQ, I got killed by hackers too once, but it's like you said, there will be hackers in every game and it's more likely that they'll be in a FREE alpha mod.

Why exactly are you flaming me now?

I believe I didn't flame you at any point in any of the posts I made.

I merely gave you reasonable & likely solutions to the problems you seem to be having with this game.

You simply can't find any way to circumvent a logical answer anymore & resort to flaming? How sad & typical.

Sure, why don't we make all the world's games private? Why don't we make Call of Duty private? Or maybe BF3? That will surely stop hackers!

Hackers aren't that big of deal in DayZ, I've meet 1 hacker since I started playing in May.

Having 800,000 testers is better than having 250,000 testers.

By what logic? So having 5,000,000 testers is better than having 800,000?

From a technical pov the engine may or may not be the issue, i don't know how easy it is to hack it is.

I do however know, speaking from a prevention pov, that battle-eye is a terrible anti-cheat mechanism & pretty much the worst I've come across in many years of gaming. It even manages to be exponentially worse than punkbuster (and everybody who ever used that knows how hard that is).

The reason he flamed you Char..is because you opened your post by calling him narrow minded and ended it telling him to use his brain for once. A little self awarness would serve you well friend
