**Quality DayZ Server Hosting** ~BEC~ |HFBSERVERS.COM| Highest Performance

Any clue when the Beta 94700 will be added to the CP?

HFB usually only puts in the latest Beta update when DayZ has an update as well.

I live in the uk and am interested. Are there any Europe servers to rent ?

We're getting some French Servers very shortly.

Edit; tomorrow. I'm told we're getting them tomorrow!

Your words werent chosen carefully and still arent. Saying "To everyone who is BITCHING" and then editing your post to read "To everyone who is complaining" just made my decision to host with you quite simple. Also lets note your bitching about your own customers whining. Nice.

Poet, they were chosen carefully. I decided to use that particular word for emphasis. I edited it because some people dislike the word. My intention was not to offend and I assumed that the readers would understand that. Regardless, my opinions do not reflect the opinions of HFB. (Note, quite a lot of Dev team members / Forum Mods have signatures that specifically say, "My opinions are my own and are not reflection of the DayZ Staff." It's the same in this case.)

As for the comment about my "bitching," I was actually notifying those who were surprised when the change happened that an email had been sent out to all customers several hours prior to the change. But, your choice to host with us is your own. We offer quality service for the least amount of money on these forums. If you would like to fault me for my actions, go ahead, I welcome it as I deserve it. But do not try to insinuate that this is a reflection of HFB as a whole.

Edit; I was very tired and reacted the wrong way. I apologize.

Do you work for the company or not?

Do you work for the company or not?

Sounds like he/she works for the company HFB, but doesn't understand that when he/she is posting in a public form as a representative of the company, anything he/she says is representative of the company, regardless of a followup post stating "These words are my own".

If you sell a company's product, all of your words are the company's. You can't just switch it on and off. Otherwise, everything you say is your own and complete bullshit/hearsay to anything else in this thread. If this is the case, then why are you in the thread making stuff up (like new French Servers, etc).

Not to insult you, but you seem inexperienced with this. Just some friendly advice. If you try to represent your company sometimes, you are representing your company all of the time. Even if you put in your signature "My words are my own", it still doesn't matter.

Anyways, I understand your frustration, there are nicer ways to say what you said though. Actually, that first sentence: "To everyone who is complaining;" (bitching, whatever it was), was unnecessary and inviting conflict/confrontation. Saying "DayZ dev team made us do it" was the valid way of approaching this issue. Saying "well we sent everyone an email" as a justification for being a jerk, doesn't fly. People miss emails, spam filters/junk mail folders happen. Who knows why someone didn't read and understand. Just calm down and be professional.

Sna.ke, thank you. I will keep what you've said in mind while making future posts. As for the inexperienced comment, it's not entirely false. I apologize for my misguided actions. When this occurred I was incredibly tired (was up 40 hours) and wasn't thinking as clearly as I should have been. I approached this situation in the incorrect manor and once again, I apologize.

Edit; speaking for myself here.

What's up with my server? FTP doesn't work and server won't load up.

Your server is running fine. I checked and the File Manager is working properly as well. Are you still experiencing the problem?

Same here, seems hfb got some issues maybe

PM me your name and I'll look it up.

Bought a dedicated server with these guys.

It took 2 days for them to get it online (and i only got the RDP info after prompting them for it in tickets), DayZ wasn't setup on it at all which is fine but when i asked for assistance getting it all setup i was given a link to the server files and essentially told to work it out.

Now for the last 2 and a half days my server has been down and i've been unable to access it through remote desktop; i wen't into live chat with Adam (i didn't know who he was at the time) who told me i needed to submit a ticket to get a server restart which i did, filing it as high importance and here i am almost 2 days later with no reply to the ticket, no server restart, no functional server and a new bill for next months hosting including the 4 lost days (so far) a full 16 days early from the time it needs to be paid.

My current thoughts on the host: Prompt when it comes to taking your money, terribly slow at supporting their services.

Please don't ask me to PM you my name so you can deal with it, you should be dealing with requests like restarts in a timely manner, don't tell me your team is small; it's down to you not to over expand, if you don't have the time or staff to support your current customers, adding more probably isn't the smartest idea if you don't want to get slated on the forums by unhappy customers.

You ordered a dedicated server. They take a long time to set up since they have to be built and installed on a rack in a Datacenter, which isn't anything we can control. And, assuming we'd put DayZ on it for you is your issue as you ordered a dedicated server and not a DayZ server. We gave you the RDP details in the ticket you sent when we ourselves got the information. There wouldn't be a reason to withhold the information from you.

Edit; the ticket was sent in yesterday. Not two and half days ago. Still, I apologize for the lack of promptness.

The only statement you made that deserves an apology for is the lack of response to your support ticket. Currently, we're in the process of renaming every DayZ server as per request of the DayZ Dev team and that has taken most of our attention.

when will you have more in stock for the 35 dollar one?

Hopefully later on tonight. If not, then tomorrow.

Wait, you guys are just reselling, not actual owners of datacenters? Server Stadium, Wow Rack, Limestone, Server Savior, etc resellers????

Will be purchasing a server as soon as one becomes available, hopefully. Will more than likely be looking into getting one of the French ones.

It's been 8 hours since my server is down, still no update , I know this may sound childish but I expected to have a faster support and I have regular players that ask me when the server will be up and keep pressuring me. Plus having a server down for that long doesnt help him grow in popularity.

Newbie,

My guess is that it's because they are resellers of the actual servers.

It takes a lot of courage to apologize on a public forum like that. Some lessons are more humbling then others :)

Oh well, I've been there before. Good luck with your server sales. You don't happen to have any DayZ servers in Seattle do you?

Cheers,

Sna.ke
