I have refrained from posting on this forum for a while, but it's time to officially offer my assistance to the fellow survivors out there. I've helped some fellas before. It's turned out well.

I will help you find weapons, food and medicine. Good weapons.

You will probably never see me. But that's the point. I will cover you and tell you where the weapons drops are.

But you will need to prove you aren't up to no good.

Don't PM, just express interest here. I'll review your forum history and see if I'm willing to put myself at risk to help you.

EDIT:: It's been stated that this may be a trap, I don't know how to prove it isn't.

I can just say when a new player or friendly group is first starting and trying to do good, the most difficult part is surviving encounters with bandits.

Explosives can help with that. I'm not promising high end weapons, just effective ones like AK's and grenades.

Sounds a little fishy. You need to get very personal with your courier so you know he wont stab you in the back. What's this going to end up like when you can barely trust each other by offering just cover?

I'm disappointed I didn't see any Admiral Akbar photos.

But no, it's not a trap. I've met plenty of people through these forums but that's when I go looking for them. I'm on survivor day 5 and can post screen shots of my debug counter to show you I have ZERO murders.

Really, I'd rather make the game interesting by giving myself something to do and in the process help arm some new players or anti-bandit groups.

I have a number of weapons I will drop in specific locations ahead of time. One way to make it safer is to tell you the location of the drop and prove I'm up providing cover by throwing a flare (even though that defeats the purpose of the anonymous help)

And look at my forum history. I don't shoot survivors.

Usually, its the other way around. You wanna be a bodyguard, you should prove that YOU are trustworthy. There are plenty of medics on here, and they are easy enough to find.

Just got help from +Ben+, needed morphine and a blood transfusion in Devil's Castle. He got to me in the middle of the night and patched me up. He then extracted me out of the castle and into the woods, silently taking out zeds along the way - not a scratch on me - professional work :D So I don't know if there's any special commendation he can get but he gets my beans :)

Trust goes both ways, but ultimately, one party needs to make the leap of faith. OP is clearly stating he's willing to help and has laid everything out, it's up to the second party to make the leap of faith. If I wasn't already geared and set I'd check him out just to report back if he was legit or not ^.^

hey guys, dayz noob here looking for some help. i've been playing about a week now and i'm fairly good at avoiding the zed but i can never find any good weapons (anything better then a pistol or poor double barrel) i would really appreciate some assistance. I really have nothing to offer as far as you killing me and looting me goes but if you help me then you have someone you can trust to watch your back any time :)
