Dog Tags

I just thought of this. When you kill a player or find a corpse, you can collect the players dog tag listing their name so you can remember who you killed. This would be good for when the debug monitor is gone. Also when you are killed, other players can see the dog tags you collected. This could allow people to see if somebody murdered their friend earlier. Maybe even allow others to compare each others dog tags for bragging rights :D.

It doesn't really need to be dog tags either, it could just be a piece of paper or something similar. Maybe even a photo (A photo lasts forever) so you can show your friends the people you have killed (I think the picture thing is impossible but it's just an idea :) ).

I love the idea, though more realistic things like a wallet(a rendered picture of your character and its ID, along with stats of Time of death, what killed him/her, how many zombie kills, how many bandit kills, was the person a bandit, how many hours did he/she survive, how many different servers they logged into on that same life, how many interations with other players. THAT. would be cool.

How about only a dog tag if the player that you killed had a military skin or ghille suit on and perhaps an I.D for standard dressed players :D (license,18+ etc)

HOWEVER.. to be honest i dont care to much for the player I.D idea.. i do understand how sometimes you would give 1000 beans to find out who the prick was the killed you for what you would deem a very UN-deserved death but shit, i think we need to get used to the idea of complete anonymity

The ID / dog tag thing is funny but is it really necessary?

If you really want to play the über soldier hunting for dogtags with his swiss pocket knife you better play the A.C.E.2 mod. ArmA 2 is much more than just DayZ you know.
