I cannot tell you HOW frustrating it is to get the sneak on someone within the 40m direct distance and the minute you talk they alt F4. Honestly our group never plans to kill anyone if they listen. All we want is ammo and beans, we got all the guns... and I mean really to risk our lives getting that close when we could have killed you from far away...Now we just shoot on sight though. We snipe noobs. (we used to "kidnap" newbies and if they were willing to listen we'd show them how to play and arm them with an a cyote and helo gun and send them on their way.. not anymore).So for anyone who has been one of the many HUNDRED slain randomly for no reason on select servers by our group in the last week. Know you bring this upon yourself.And really... what is the mentality of a DCer? have you no soul? no heart for the thrill of the fight? You realize all the best gear in the game can be acquired without hacks (and really hackers? really?) in an hour. And if you have a group of people and spend a decent few hours flipping/helohunting on a newly restarted server you can honestly have backups for when you die.Stop being pussies and fight like men. And honestly, it's the people who are most geared and supposedly "veterans" who have the least balls. The noobs always fight back. I almost debated letting a noob hatchet me down once just for his courage. You wouldn't have such a DC community if people were not so scared of being killed thinking they instead have a chance to socialize. No one trusts anyone anymore, the massively growing number of people who shoot on sight have ruined what we used to have in DayZ. DCing takes away the threat of dying which is what makes the mood of this game. Also maybe it should be Arma psycho? Have you seen CoD? Those guys can't shoot worth shit lol.Max - Yes i DO enjoy SoS lol. before we were nice people we SoSed. lol. Nothing like hunting a man in 223km2. We actually switched from SoS to capture and release, BECAUSE it was the harder thing to do and more thrilling.. also took teamwork. Now just back to SoS. Not using DC as an excuse. Just letting the kids know they brought SoS on themselves. And i hope rocket fixes it somehow. Honestly a 30 second buffer before your character is removed on DC (player provoked OR altf4) would fix everything.
