*Hypothetical situation*

You are wandering around in Elektro after all of your friends have disconnected for the day/night. You end up getting shot, but you kill your attacker. You bandage yourself and use morphine to fix your bones, but you still have lost a considerable amount of blood (you are at about 4k). You have a blood pack and while you consider what you do next, you see a survivor scavenging in a house not too far away. He has only a hatchet and you have a fully loaded AK-74. He has not spotted you yet. What do you do?

This. My first priority is to always get my essential survival gear: A Hatchet, Matches, Hunting Knife, and one or two canteens. if I ever get in a sticky situation, I disappear into the woods until im back at 12000.

Also, I never carry bloodpacks, waste of inventory space.

Bloodpacks aren't a waste.

They are only a waste if you run solo.

IF you, as I do, play primarily with a group including your psuedo roomate then its smart to carry them.

Bloodpacks are really one of those items, like an Epi-Pen that is more suited to group play since they can only be administered to another player.

As for your situation OP...run..hide..feast.

Even if you dont have your hatchet,knife,matches yet..there are plenty of smaller safer towns to hit.

Id first hit that barn just north of Elektro, then id hit the city of Pusta. Id then go to Mogi.

Ambush, ask him very nicely over voice chat to drop his weapon, AK74 trained on his back the whole time, lead him to a secluded spot (after picking up his weapon), get him to administer the transfusion , and then leave him since it's pointless to waste my ammo on someone with no supplies. Maybe even recruit him if he's that nooby, teach him the ropes and become partners in banditry, until I feel he's not quite trustworthy. Then his story ends.

I have been in the same situation once before and believe it or not it worked for both partys in the end. I was policing Elektro "Yes I run around with a group arresting and detaining people in the cafe' and stripping people of weapons and sending them on there way". Cafe' is Elektro Police Dept H.Q.

Well like you, the patrols were over everyone passed out but me. Decided to move from HQ to the hospital for some last minute meds sups. Well of course stepped outside to a DMR round threw my leg. After rolling like a mad man and crawling to the hospital I morphed up and still had about 5k blood. With my blood pack in hand I headed to the Elektro docks. Climbed the round 40' high fuel tank on the main dock "L shaped one".

Sat there with my binos for about 30mins and there he was my savings grace "noob +flashlight". I climb down & run up to him and do the normal run down of the EPD.

"1-On the ground,2-face away from me,3- dont move an inch,4-would be strip of weapons but he was clean. BTW at that point of the night he could have had an MK48MG and would have tried so my step 5 became step 4-question time "you got friends close?". He stayed calm and couldn't hear back chatter from his buddys over the direct channel. So I detain him and lead him to the coast line outa sight of the "bandit hills". Dropped my blood bag told him he was GOING to give me a transfuse. Once he finished I asked if he needed one "of course hes down to 2k blood himself!!" I transfuse him put a can of bean & soda on the ground. Said thank you sir for your time. Let him go into the sunset "which was falling by this point" and I made it back to the precinct alive full health and one town in this hell of a world safe from banditry "well till i logged of course ; )' ."
