I never see anyone in most of the large cities really, just Cherno, Elektro, and Berezino for the cities. Also NW airfield and starry as you said. I would also add any of the surrounding fields in starry or novy since people are camping the fields recently a LOT for helicopter crash server hoppers.

Devils Castle isn't a place most people go to more than once or twice, but by the time people make it up there they usually have decent gear. I personally have only met someone there once, and he had an M4A3 CCO non silenced. Tried to put 40 rounds from my MK into his head but he logged out too quick.

EDIT::: The post above mine is pretty nice and sums it up pretty good. Rather than just dangerous areas it layers them out. Seems about accurate as well.

Green Mountain is pretty dangerous due to the vehicles that have spawned there.

Pobeda Dam is also a water source for the people up north with fancy weapons and vehicles.

Depends. The only one time I went to NWAF it was completely empty. A first I was sneaking and shit but then just started spreading bullets with M16 at zeds. Where were the campers with thermals and barrets? Why you no shoot me?
