Alt spawn point for the player. (sleeping bags)

Sleeping bag's that makes you able to spawn your "Freshed character" where the sleeping bag has been placed.
An alternative spawn point for those who want to be able to spawn outside the "starting area". 

It dont need to be a sleeping bag. the item can be something else that can fit in the DayZ world.

That would screw so many things that its not even an option. There are mods for that.

yep sleeping bag mods and ability to choose spawn point mods have been going for years in some community servers... not very popular in any server that wants to retain any semblance to the core game though

Horrible for PVP servers.
