M4 & AKM exclusive to permanent infected areas?

I have now read in "DayZ fandom" that the M4, AKM, Suppressors, and other miscellaneous will be "exclusive" loot of these infected areas... and that should only be 2: The military base of Pavlovo and the stranded ship of the Rify.
This is true ?
Really those who do not enter an infected area will have to settle for at most an MP5 with a gun suppressor?
Or is it just a wrong anticipation?

P.S.
If so, I can already see snipers with hunting weapons waiting for the "intrepid daredevils" as they leave the infected areas to steal their loot.

Not true as far as I'm aware, hasn't been stated anywhere by the DayZ social media team that I can see. Only states in patch notes that you'll have a higher chance of tier 4 loot in Static Gas Zones but not that it'd only spawn in those locations. Hope this helps

akm, m4, its suppressors and nightvisions, vss, asval, 40rnd cmags, 45rnd ak47 mags, 10 rnd vss mags and the antichem injector are exclusive to the contaminated static zones.

so u can get a fully kitted m4 out of it. i dont think thats a good balance. better split its attachments over high tier zones and heli crash sites instead of having it all available in one zone.

the nightvision goggles are heli crashsite only. nv scopes for the contaminated zone.

Not sure. Its possible I guess, but the M4 was in a regular spawn spot, no attachments or rounds in it.
