yes, but remember this is a game and stones are powerful tools, so its good they are limited.

plenty of stones. railroadtracks and the hiking paths are your best friend. u already spawn next to the railroad (chernarus)... just loot the buildings (thats what u do anyway as a freshie) next to the railroad and check afterwards. ambient loot (stones, fruits, shrooms) spawns with player activity, just give them a minute to spawn in. its really that easy. u can also farm stones at rock formations with a hammer or a similar tool. also u can craft a knife with just 2 bones. on top of it there spawn hundreds of knives and other bladed weapons in the world. but finding 2 small stones within 2 minutes after spawn should be no big task.

i really dunno why this isnt a thing. it was suggested already years ago on their feedback tracker, i cant remember anyone replied to it.... and its not just the tires - everything that is attached to the car should be locked. we got all the tools for it, so maybe lets finally get some use for it.

why is halloween useless if theres a wipe after that event? i dont get it, sorry.

i would love to see a return of the books too. they had this book cover contest, which gave me a bit of hope that theres something in the pipeline.

great update just alone for the skybox! @pyongo bongo i completly disagree and they should move even more firearms to higher loot tiers. why? because right now the meta is: spawn, find a shotgun within a few minutes and start blasting. repeater? skorpion? a sporter?? a derringer???? hahaha... noone needs this cos theres already the shotguns. its the same with mid tier guns like sks or baby ak.... just increase the amount of time we have to use the lower tier weapons before. same with high tier rifles like mosin, savannah, blaze or tundra... those shouldnt exist near the coast, nor should there be convoys. kamenka evac and zelenogorsk is tier 3: baby ak, ak74, m16 and platecarriers can spawn there already.

i dont want to dictate your playstyle, i only gave some suggestions. yes, if i find a bloodbag and iv start kit of course i craft an iv blood bag and carry it with me, sometimes an iv saline bag on top of it. blood loss is quite common in dayz + the iv saline bag provides some hydration - so thats 8 slots in your inventory. eight. there are enough warnings audible and visble. the infected die from the gas btw... takes maybe 30-40 seconds.

firstly its not the games fault that u were low health. secondly u said u were alive for a week - thats the time to get prepared (here: find bloodbag, find iv start kit, fill bloodbag with your own blood type, craft iv bloodbag.) u deal with that BEFORE u might get hit from a gasstrike, not after.... i thought this is obvious.

sorry, but no. your death could be easily avoided by just being prepared (this is dayz). u said u were alive for a week, so that should be enough time really. its easy to miss the flare at broad daylight, but even if you're in the center - you can just run out it. if your screen shakes you're in the zone. run. if you're low on stamina, pop an epipen and run. once out of the zone, fix yourself up with a blood bag of your own bloodtype. done.
