Nitrado will be conducting server maintenance on our servers (all platforms), all non-linux servers.
Date: 22nd of April

Time of the maintenance will be different for each region:
EU-Central: starting at 11:00  CEST
SA-East: starting at 12:00 CEST
US-East: starting at 13:00 CEST
US-West: starting at 13:00 CEST
AP-Southeast: starting at 14:00 CEST During the mentioned time period, the servers will be unavailable for 15-45 minutes.

This thread is to inform you about regular server information so you are aware when we have some small server maintenance, experimental updates, known server issues or anything related with servers being down that is not part of the big announcements.

Hello Survivors!

We are currently deploying 1.10 hotfix on PC.

As a result, PC servers will be down for a short period of time. Thank you for understanding 👍

We are aware of the current server unavailability issue on the console versions. We are investigating and we hope to resolve it as soon as possible.

Hello Survivors

The 1.10 Hotfix will be deployed for all platforms today.

Console servers will go down at 14:00 CET, PC servers at 15:00 CET.

Servers wont be available for about an hour.

Patchnotes will follow later - PC, Consoles

Dear Survivors

We are saying goodbye to our Christmas event.

All official stable servers (all platforms) are expected to go down at 10:00 AM CET and the change is projected to take approximately 5 hours or a bit earlier. Thank you for understanding

Nitrado is currently experiencing some network issues in the Singapore region. This might be affecting our SG servers.

The servers won't be available tomorrow 18.8. between 9:45 CEST and 12:45 CEST

Multiplay and Fragnet PC servers are estimated to be briefly unavailable for maintenance today 27.8. at 11:00 CEST.

The maintenance is expected to last for up to one hour.

Dear Survivors,
we experienced some issues on our official servers.
The progress on characters was not saved in a window of approx. 3hours (2.11. 14:00 - 17:00 CET).
The servers were restarted and issue was resolved.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi Survivors,

the console servers are currently down due to Halloween event saying it´s good bye. The servers are expected to be back at 11:00 CET.
The PC servers will go down at 11:00 CET to be back at 12:30 CET.

A follow up on the the Christmas event!

It will be taken down tomorrow the 12th at 9:00 CET in the morning along with a maintenance check-up. The official servers across all platforms will be down during that time. They are estimated to be back by 13:00 CET.
