Nitrado will be conducting server maintenance on our servers (all platforms), all non-linux servers.
Date: 22nd of April

Time of the maintenance will be different for each region:
EU-Central: starting at 11:00  CEST
SA-East: starting at 12:00 CEST
US-East: starting at 13:00 CEST
US-West: starting at 13:00 CEST
AP-Southeast: starting at 14:00 CEST During the mentioned time period, the servers will be unavailable for 15-45 minutes.

Dear Survivors

We will be conducting server maintenance on the LA servers below.

Date:                                       26th and 27th of January 2022
Start time:                              08:30 AM CET
End time:                                15:00 PM CET

Edit: The servers LA 0003 and LA 5366 are expected to be back at 16:00 CET.

Edit 2: Servers LA 0003 and LA 5366 will need another hour. Current expected time for the servers to be back is 17:00 CET. We are sorry for the delay.

Hey Brazilian Survivors,
We are deploying new servers in the region today. This is expected to take 2-3 hours starting from now. All your current character, bases, and items on ground should remain as they are in new servers.  However, your character may get a position reset on the map. Hey Brazilian Survivors,
Since we have had an increase of players in Brazil, We are deploying new servers in that region today.

All new instances are already live.   If relocating to these servers, your character may get a position reset on the map.

We will be having a minor server maintenance on our official NY Nitrado servers across all platforms on the 14th of November 2022.
Location: New York, North America
Maintenance start: 9:00 AM UTC / 10:00 AM CET (04 AM EST) 
Maintenance end: 11:00 AM UTC / 12:00 AM CET (06 AM EST) 
Impact duration: Approximately 1 to 5 minutes sometime during the given time frame.

Dear Survivors

The maintenance on the Multiplay servers was expanded. 

It will last from 28/11/2022 till 7/12/2022 for the servers below. The servers will be unavailable for 6 hours - bewteen 8:00 UTC (9:00 CET) till 14:00 UTC (15:00 CET).

28.11. maintenance prolonged until approx. 17:00 CET
edit: the maintenance was extended by another hour (18:00 CET) We are sorry for the inconvenience.

For better performance, we will be switching some Multiplay servers. 
The servers mentioned below will change their port within this time period:

Start date:                               6th of February 2023
End date:                                16th of February 2023

Time: 10:00 AM CET - 12:00 PM CET (Time affected = approx. 2 hours)
Weekends won´t be affected.

1) All Nitrado servers

Time:                                      11:00 CET - 14:00 CET
The servers will be unavailable for 15-45 minutes in the above mentioned time window.

2) EU servers

Time:                                      05:00 CET - 08:00 CET
The EU servers will have disrupted availability of individual services for between 5 seconds and 2 minutes  in the mentioned time window.

During the mentioned time period, a loss of network connectivity is possible for a maximum of 3 minutes.

Hello Survivors,
Due to the Walpurgis event, please expect server downtime on the 25th of April as below:
Multiplay servers will be down between 10:00 CEST and 10:30 CEST
Nitrado servers will be down with a server restart for about 30 minutes anytime between 10:00 CEST and 19:00 CEST

We are happy to announce that the release date for the 1.21 update across all platforms will be on the 23rd of May.
As we announced earlier, this update comes with full wipe (character and server).
