getting sick from eating cooked food from frying pan.  Whats the gig here, i'm i cooking it wrong?

What do you mean? That your food burns? If that is the case, add fat to the cooking pan. You get fat from most animals, not chicken or fish.

did you forget to wash your hands after cutting up the animal? If so that will give you food poisoning, charcoal tabs should sort it if so.

only thing I can think of, ive used the pan & it didnt make me sick. hope this helps
