Why we still don’t have bears in Cherno on official servers ?

Nope, that's an assumption, not a fact. You just haven't found one. They are much more rare in Cherno, but they are out there. Along the wooded areas in the north and west is the biggest chance (risk) of running into them.

On official severs in Cherno on PS4 NO BEARS , that’s a fact .3 months we have base on tisy, DAMN WE LIVE ON NW SIDE ON THE MAP , play everyday hours and hours, PS4, NO BEARS IN CHERNO ON OFFICIAL SERVERS!

Sorry but as already outlined, you are wrong. Very wrong. Go to the woods in the south west corner of the maps, ive encountered bears there more than once, it seems like a high chance area of one spawning.
