Thanks in advance. A bag of blood, or a bag of saline, must be combined with a "transfusion kit." RyanS1994 110 Posted February 24, 2020 make sure you check the sheds, buildings and cars surrounding hospitals, iv kits are more rare than saline or bloodbags so if you want multiple get the starter kit first.
