My questions to the folks out there with access to the code are: How many of each type of car spawn on the map? And, how long are the restock, cleanup, etc, time values? 

Sorry, I dunno the exact terminology. All the info I found on the web was from two or more years ago.

You could always download the DayZ Server from the Tools in Steam and see for yourself.  All these things are listed in the cfg xml files.

from events

- civil sedan (olga), hatchback 02 (gunter), & sedan 02 (sarka) share - 25 max

mostly I see Gunters

-off road sedan (ada) - 15 max

 

 

from my experience, damage to the cars (scratches etc) indicate condition of the car chassis

I'm sure it changes every build so download DayZ Server in Steam and check for yourself from time to time is the best option.
