Tourist map question.

Hey guys, quick question regarding the tourist map.

I can open and close the map but it doesn't seens like you can actually scroll through it ? Is this a bug or there is some workaround to use it ? Appreciate the help.

I've had that same issue, I think it's bugged as you use to be able to.
