Trapphone 17 Posted July 29, 2019 With the given information about the console update not coming this week I feel as if there was a very crucial problem with the update. As of now all we know of is that it was PS4 that denied the update, thus holding back the Xbox update. Since it's already been a month since the last large pc update I'm sure that they've already started tweaking some things and are already working on another update working on fixes. If it takes a long time to get the ps4 version verified I'm sure that PC will have an update already sent out. As of right now Bohemia is far behind on there games with crucial game fixing updates on console I.e vigor and DayZ, being so far behind and more problems coming it's very possible that Bohemia won't be able to get this update verified soon. I believe that Bohemia has now sent in this update 2 times and has been rejected both times. Hopefully Bohemia will start putting some well needed man power into the game and get the updates to the quality that they should be. DayZ is no longer game preview and I feel like it's the right and responsibility for Sony and Microsoft to deny updates if it isn't 1.0 quality. P.S i do not feel as if it's the devs fault but the owners of Bohemia giving ridiculous tasks to a small group of people, Bohemia has less then 400 people but work on multiple large games at the same time. If this is a Playstation issue (which they clearly stated on the post) they shouldn't hold Xbox back. The developers of Ark do this, they release the update on such platform even if the other one didn't pass and launch on the fault one later when it's fixed. Yeah they should push the update in Xbox still but I'm hoping that they still work on it in the time being, they sent in the update twice and it got rejected twice just wasting more time that they could of been working on the update. You and I both know that the update wasn't gonna even work properly if it did launch in Xbox, yes it would of been better then the current state but it still would of been a duping mess. I hope they take this as a learning experience and put more man power into these updates, it's pathetic that the same update got rejected twice. It really shows how much they care about there game.
