How do you turn on sights?

All these sights with pristine batteries in them.. i cant figure out how to turn them on? What button is it on xbox? Can't be the battery, because it's brand new.

You turn it on by pressing RT while not aiming.

You don't need to turn sights on. If it had a battery then that's it. As mentioned above you just tap right on dpad to look through it and hold to go back to iron sights. 

The only thing you need to turn on is the flashlight attachment. You press RT to turn those on. Just make sure you're not holding LT at the same time or you'll fire a round!

I’ve had the same issue recently, where optics (ps01 and combat) would not illuminate even when swapping out pristine batteries.

Anyone know a way to check the charge of the batteries?

Will be in 1.04 with a small bar below the battery.

Oh ok it's not just me then? It is a bug we're still waiting to get fixed?

Not a bug, just hasn't been implemented yet. 

Personally I'd prefer if they didn't add it. I rarely carry a battery tester around and I don't know many makes of battery that have a built in indicator! I think it would also be cool if batteries could spawn with different levels of power left in them.
