Backpacks

So, if just say i wanted to store some stuff in backpacks and lay them in my base as storage units, how could i do so and protect them from despawning?

You can store backpacks in stashes such as drypacks or in barrels. You cannot put stuff in the backpacks and then stash/store them away tho. Certain items u can tho like pots, containers, pouches, etc..

Packs and their contents will despawn if left for so long. Only way to save them is store in dry pack(burried), tent, or car. Or hold in your hand when you log out.
