Eh I guess not much changes anyway so I can just stop by here in a year and see if cars are land traveling vehicles yet.

They are.  Just drove one from Dolina to Stary Sobor until I hit a tree at 120 km/h

Since 1.01? Early last week I got into the driver's seat and died instantly bc it flipped for no reason. My character that had survived multiple firefights and close calls for about 30 hours, dead bc of this. So I'm a little reluctant to even try using them.

Stay away from vehicles that appear even remotely submerged into terrain. This usually happens when they’ve been left alone in the world for quite some time-

Good tip. But I'll just stay away from them until their on fully working order and these game breaking bugs with them are fixed.
