Account lockout HELP

About a year ago, a friend bought me and gave DAyz,I created a new account for this (previously it was not) the Computer output 15 fps is not playable installed the driver,re-installed Windows useless . Just today I had the opportunity to play on a normal iron.I go to Dayz Global ban. For what???Cheats and other programs are not used.

I heard that at one time DAyz hacked and flew global ban anyone who is not handy,maybe I got into this distribution

DayZ Staff can not and do not have access to BattlEye global or VAC bans, and can not revoke them in any way possible. You MUST contact BattlEye or Steam support about any bans issued on you.

if you have being given a ban on any steam game they will NOT remove this ban. you can open a support ticket up but they will just tell you no
