Logging out

Question, does logging out inside a building or in the middle of a field make any difference?  I've got in a habit of logging inside a building but takes time to find a good place sometimes.

No difference. Personally I log in the woods in a bush usually. I’ve logged in buildings before, and have been killed when I logged back in by a player who so happened to be there at that exact time lol.

Ahh the timing in DayZ is nuts. Can’t tell you how many times a couple seconds made the difference between life and death
