we have a new update for you:

Patchnotes

ADDED

• Added: added metal wire to base building proxies

FIXED

• Fixed: Several server crashes
• Fixed: Rag icon disappears when moved over to fireplace
• Fixed: Incorrect filter name in Filters -> Sorting
• Fixed: No possibility to switch firing mode
• Fixed: Polytunnel having a white untextured square inside
• Fixed: Torch no being possible to ignite from a burning Fireplace
• Fixed: Fixed missing LODs in medium tent camonet proxy
• Fixed: Roadflare burning sound not playing
• Fixed: Wheels might be shaking/twitching
• Fixed: Missing material/textures
• Fixed: A seat can be moved while a player is sitting on it
• Fixed: Faulty firegeometry components

TWEAKED

• Tweaked: Plants take only ~30 minutes to grow now.
• Tweaked: HUD icons and UI updates
• Tweaked: Damage system for vehicles
• Tweaked: Weather
• Tweaked: System messages
• Tweaked: Metabolism and regeneration
• Tweaked: Stamina and quantity progress bars
• Tweaked: HUD icons

REMOVED

• Removed: Feathers and SmallGuts from skinning of chickens

I hope the placement of tent's can be fixed it is literally impossible to place a medium tent in woods only can get a placement icon on road or in a house

Can you please fix the car needing water every 3 minutes i feel like it should take atleast 30 minutes for the water to completely drain and please start putting if theres gonna be a server wipe or character wipe on top of the patch notes so we know what to expect

Bug-fixes are excellent, but I think a lot of us would like to know if our characters and bases are still there or if they have been wiped?

A patch notes tab on the home screen of the game along with maitanence schedule would be nice.

You will need a full Jerry can of water + a quarter to fully fill a radiator and it will last a long time

Thank you for the update Bohemia! But please, fix the cars. Driving on anything besides an Xbox One X is almost impossible, and going over 40km/hr can recreate frame drops and lag spikes 100% of the time. Driving through towns, buildings, or over zombies can also cause wonky reactions such as "flying" through the map. Please 'tweak' the damage of cars more as they wreck from love taps we can't control. Cars on DayZ take hours to build but seconds to destroy; countless times has the game crashed while driving just to log back into a wrecked car.

Great patch, I can't join a single server...

I see a FEW that that says low-pop (like 4 or 5) and all the rest is empty.

When I try to join a empty server nothing happens (it does not even leave the lobby-screen) and when I try to join a populated one it tries to load me in but then kicks me back to the menu and says "Warning - Connection to host has been lost." even though my internet is fine.

Can’t even get on what the hell, just failed to join at least 25 servers just as I start the stream and get people watching! At least it’s not me that looks bad ?

Please inform people when your going to wipe characters and stashes after we have spent hours upon hours upon hours building them it would at least be nice to know all our progress will be gone.

Yeah! 4gb of tweaks... really?

Would really love some more in depth update notes that "tweaked".

As a player I appreciate the constant growth but keep us dedicated players in the loop please. I know it sounds aggressive but as a fan I just like to see the thought process of the Devs.

So the servers are going to need an update yet again on their end, so none of us can get on until then I’m guessing. 5 years and still have problems just loading in a server. Love the game but dammn.

The Devs don't even stress test the new updates it seams like the joke is on us

Fix guns not cycling rounds i.e. shotgun doesn’t chamber next round and mosin doesn’t chamber next round. Have to load both guns one round at a time

People, they've said to expect server wipes attached with every update. Updates come out weekly to every two weeks. Plan accordingly. Everyone has to deal with server wipes, but its up to you whether or not you're still going to build bases or just keep waiting. Either way, server wipes on a server update are practical and should be expected.
