Yep i'm pretty sure this is the case as well. I found a tent and a bear trap the other day. the bear trap disappeared over night and i also found that the opening to my tent was rolled up but nothing was taken. So i'm pretty sure this happens when the server restarts. Kinda sucks not being able to booby-trap your own base. PEACE_543 99 Posted December 18, 2018 (edited) Well, went back to my base. Unless someone unloaded my tent and walked off with my sea chest, then they both despawned. (It was just there yesterday) But it's no matter. I brought another one. Started farming, now i have a car tent with about 200 pounds of meat and vegetables. It's down near Tulga. the idea is that a few lucky bambi's will run across it on their way inland. Not much reason for bandits to run through there. I'll announce the location and server once I've built it up. If it doesn't despawn that is. I'm hoping for some people to set up camp there too. I don't know if it's the same after the most recent update, but I was on all day yesterday and even died once, but when I came back to my base, the gates were still locked and my stash was still there (on same server ofc)...
