Dopplerman 55 Posted December 12, 2018 So I got trapped inside a house by at least 15 zombies, decided to hop servers (I know give me shit). But upon switching servers I noticed this server had the exact same loot, decided to take a stroll to some places I had already looted and sure as shit the exact same loot was there. Even went back to where I found my car to find another one in the exact same spot with the exact same parts on it. I thought maybe I was an idiot and joined the same server, but nope, joined 4 different servers. All the exact same loot. Anyone else notice this?
bent.toe 529 Posted December 12, 2018 Not a good sign unless they added more loot and less of the same (50 peacoats in a village can drive any man insane). Dont know what to think of it really, it's good for the server hoppers i guess. Find 4 ammo boxes in a base, server hopp 3 times and you got 16 ammo boxes. I never carried/had that many in my 400 hours of game time.

I agree, will prevent server hoppers from finding a specific item, only stocking up on the ones already there lol
happycheese 14 Posted December 12, 2018 I have noticed this. Not for 4 servers in a row but definitely among a few servers.
bandito6000 175 Posted December 13, 2018 This was due to to the update. As you've probably noticed, once all the servers reset after a few hours, the loot randomized again.
Jonas Levin 265 Posted December 13, 2018 I was wondering it too. I hope its fixed as it would be a _very_ counterproductive way to "get rid" of server-hoppers.

It's already been fixed :) It was just an issue for the first few hours after the update this morning.
bent.toe 529 Posted December 13, 2018 When do they restart? Anyone timed it? 8 hours? 10?
